Overview
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how active students and staff members can locate, view, and download their 1098-T tax statements through TouchNet within myPortal.

Before You Begin (Prerequisites)
- You must have an active myPortal login account.
- 1098-T statements are hosted within the TouchNet portal accessed via the "Make a Payment" shortcut.
Step-by-Step Guide
Instructions
1 Log In to myPortal
Navigate to your Columbia College myPortal account and sign in using your standard credentials.
2 Open the "Make a Payment" Tool
Access TouchNet by selecting the payment portal tool:
●Click on Make a Payment located in your Shortcuts tab, or search for Make a Payment using the top search bar.
3 Navigate to My Account
Once TouchNet opens in your browser:
●Select My Account located in the top navigation banner.
4 View and Download Statements
Access your tax tax documents:
●Select Statements from the menu options.
●Your available 1098-T Statements for all eligible active years will be displayed for viewing and downloading.
Note for Alumni
Alumni needing to obtain their 1098-T Statements must contact the Center for Student Success directly at 573-875-7252.
