Instructions
1 Navigate to your myPortal Account
Open your preferred web browser and go to your Columbia College myPortal dashboard.
●Sign in using your Columbia College credentials if prompted.
2 Search for the SAR Tool
Locate the tool using the built-in search feature.
●In the search bar at the top of the myPortal page, type SAR and press Enter.
3 Launch the Student Accessibility Resources (AIM) Tool
From the search results, click on the Student Accessibility Resources (AIM) tool.

4 Sign In to the SAR Portal
The SAR portal uses your Columbia College Single Sign-On (SSO). You should be automatically signed in once you launch the tool from myPortal.
●If you are prompted to log in manually, select Log In and enter your myPortal account credentials.

5 Complete Required Request Forms (First-Time Users)
If you have not filled out the required SAR accommodation request form, do so within the portal.
●Please allow up to 24 hours after submitting your form before attempting to access your SAR resources in the portal.
Having Trouble Accessing the Portal?
If you encounter issues accessing the site, try resetting your myPortal password or clearing your browser cache and cookies. If you continue to experience sign-in issues after trying these steps, reach out to the Student Accessibility Office or Technology Services using the support options below.
