How to - Accessing a Student's ePayments Account as an Authorized User

Overview

If a student has added you as an Authorized User on their Columbia College ePayments account, you can log in directly to view and manage payments on their behalf. This guide walks you through accessing ePayments as an Authorized User and recovering your password if needed.

Before You Begin

●You must have already been added as an Authorized User by the student on their ePayments account.

●You will need the email address that was used when your authorized user login was created.

●If you have not yet been set up as an Authorized User, the student will need to contact the Office of the Registrar at 573-875-7526 for assistance.

Step-by-Step Guide

Log In to ePayments

1 Navigate to the Columbia College Website

Start by visiting the Columbia College homepage to access the ePayments portal.

●Go to https://www.ccis.edu.

●Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Make a Payment.

2 Enter Your Authorized User Email Address

On the ePayments login screen, enter the email address that was set up for your authorized user account.

●This is the email address the student used when they added you as an Authorized User — it may differ from your personal email.

3 Enter Your Password and Log In

Enter your password and complete the login process.

●Type your password in the password field.

●Click Login to access the ePayments portal.

Forgot Your Password?

If you cannot log in or have forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

1.On the login screen, enter your authorized user email address.

2.Click Forgot Password.

3.A temporary password will be sent to that email address. Use it to log in — you will be prompted to create a new password upon signing in.

⚠ Not Yet Set Up as an Authorized User?

If you do not have an email address associated with an authorized user account, you will need to speak with the student directly. The student must grant you access through their ePayments account settings. For help setting up an Authorized User, the student should contact the Office of the Registrar at 573-875-7526.
