First attempt using an private browsing window. Below are the hot keys to open a private window to your respective browser.
Google Chrome - New Incognito Window (CTRL + SHIFT + N)
FireFox - New Private Window (CTRL + SHIFT + P)
MS Edge - New InPrivate Window (CTRL + SHIFT + N)
Please Note Below:
- This is a browser window that records no history, cookies or cache which may help ease login issues.
- Please verify that when logging in, you are using your username@ccis.edu and the password you've created in myPortal.
- If that allowed you to login, clear the browsing data, cache, and cookies and try again in your normal browser window. Reference this KB
