●Go to the Proxy Portal at https://selfserviceproxy.ccis.edu.

●Log in with your proxy username and password.

●Forgot Credentials? If you are not a current/former student or employee, use the Retrieve Username or Retrieve Password tools. Current students/employees can use the Account Kiosk, and alumni can review Account Management.

●Click the User Profile menu in the upper-right corner of Self-Service.

●Choose the student's name to display their permitted account information.

Students can adjust permissions or revoke proxy access at any time from their personal profile.

●Go to Proxy Access, and under Profile select View/Add Proxy Access.

●Under Active Proxies, click the Pencil (Edit) icon next to the proxy user.

●Uncheck specific items to restrict access, or select Remove all Access to revoke all viewing permissions completely.

4 Grant Additional Permissions (Phone, In-Person, or Billing)

Self-Service proxy access is strictly for online view-only records. For other permissions:

●Phone & In-Person Authorization: Students must complete and submit the Third Party Release Form.

●Billing & Payments: To allow an individual to view billing statements or make payments, configure authorized user access via ePayment in MyApps.
