OnBase: Make Workflow Queue Inbox Filters Persistent


By default, when a user customizes an inbox filter in a workflow, the inbox filter will revert to default after navigating away from the workflow. This article demonstrates how to make filters you have applied to your workflow inboxes persist.


How to:

  1. In Unity Client, click File, and then click User Options.
  2. In the left pane, click Workflow.
  3. Under the Persistent Workflow Filters section, select the Enable persistent inbox filter check box, and then select Remember the last filter applied to each Inbox view.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Restart the OnBase Unity Client.
