How to request access – Salesforce and Mongoose Cadence (SMS)

  1. Access the “New User Security Request form” located here: https://columbiacollege.tfaforms.net/217900
  2. Fill out all required fields.
    • Note: different selections will create additional required fields
  3. Click “Submit” and Enrollment Services Registration (ESR) will review your request and respond within 72 hours
