Telecom - Removing Unwanted Voicemail Notifications in Webex

Problem Overview: 

Unwanted voicemail notifications in webex call window.

Problem Solution:

1. First ensure that you are using the agent line that corresponds to the line with the voicemail notifications. 
     - If not, then click where it says the agent line at the top of the window and select the correct one from the menu that appears.

2. Click the dialpad icon

3. when the dialpad appears, dial 4199

4. A call window for extension 4199 should briefly appear and then immediately close out.  After this the notifications should be cleared.  

5. From time to time, any unread messages may cause the notification icon to reappear, in these cases simply follow steps 1-4 once again.
