You have received an email saying you have a financial aid Offer Letter to review, but you receive the message that no information is available for that year.
How to:
Whenever Financial Aid completes processing on your account they send the email regarding the offer.
However, this information is updated as a batch daily. This means that it may take several hours from the time the email is sent until the time the award shows.
Please allow up to 24 hours to ensure proper time to post and contact Financial Aid at 1-800-231-2391 ext 7252 or (573)875-7252 if you still cannot access it.
