This article details how to reply to existing discussion threads inside D2L
How to:
During your course with Columbia College, you may be assigned with reply to existing discussion threads from other students. Please follow these steps to do so:
1. Select the course you wish to view discussions in.
2. Select "Discussions" from the top menu bar in the class.
3. Select the discussion topic you are assigned for the current week. (We are selecting the general course questions for this example).
4. Select the thread within the discussion topic that you would like to reply to.
5. Click the "Reply" button.
6. A text box should appear for you to begin typing your response, please type your response here.
7. Once you are done with your response, click "Post" to post the reply to the thread.
After this, the response should appear in the thread. If you have any issues please Submit a Helpdesk Ticket or call the helpdesk at 573-875-4357
