This article are the steps to use Instant Search in cougar mail, to quickly find emails in your crowded inbox or in one of your many folders.
How to:
To perform an instant search in Cougar mail, you can:
- Open Cougar mail
- Enter your search query in the search box at the top of the page
- Press Enter
- View the list of emails that match your search criteria
You can also use search filters and operators to refine your search.
Search filters
- From: Search for Cougar mail from a specific sender
- To: Search for Cougar mail sent to a specific recipient
- Has attachment: Search for Cougar mail that have an attachment
- Any time: Search for emails from any time period
- Unread: Search for Cougar mail that are unread
Search operators
- in:inbox: Search within your inbox
- category: Search within category if you created labels.
