Overview
This article is a brief overview of how to check your voice mail as a webex user.
How to:
If you are a Webex user and need to check if you have any voice mails or want to listen to them use the following steps.
1) Make sure that you are signed into the Webex desktop application. Click sign in on the main screen (Sign in using your CC email address ex: scootercougar@ccis.ed)

2) Now that you are sign into the application, you will need to sign into the phone services. Do this by clicking on Open Settings at the bottom of the screen.
on this page you will sign in with just your username and password. Once you are signed in you should see a screen similar to the following.

3) Now that you are signed into phone services, you can make and receive calls. You can also retrieve any voice mails that you might have. Click on the phone icon in the upper left corner
This screen will show your call history, and where you need to access your voice mail. If you have any voice mails you will see a small blue circle with a number in the upper right hand corner.

4) Click on the icon there in the upper right, this will pull up a new window asking to retrieve your messages. If you have both an agent line and a personal line be sure to select the correct phone number for you messages.

5) When you click on the line that you would like to retrieve the messages from, the system will automatically call your voice mail inbox. When prompted punch in your voice mail pin. If it is the first time you are using the service the default pin will be 159357 (It forms an X on the phone key pad). Otherwise put in your pin number followed by the # key. (Note: if you do not remember your voice mail pin, you will need to submit a ticket to have it reset.)
6) Once your messages start playing follow the prompts in order to manage them. You can replay, save, delete or respond to these message by pressing the corresponding number when prompted.
