Overview
This article is designed to show you how to sign into the Zoom Contact Center through the Zoom Workplace Client. It will also go over how to set your status, check queues and join queues, and basic usage of Zoom Contact Center
How to:
1. Make sure that you are signed into the Zoom Workplace application on your computer (If you need assistance with signing into the Zoom Workplace app, follow the steps in this article)
2. Once Signed in you will need to navigate to the Contact Center by selecting it in the left ribbon.

3. Once on the Contact Center screen you still that it wants you to set a status. Choose the appropriate status and click Start. This should take you to a page similar to this.

4. In the Bottom left you will select which call queue you want to opt-in., as well as set a your call status. (This is also where you can end your work session at shift end.)

5. The following options are how to navigate the Contact Center.
- Selecting Teams from the left ribbon will show you all of the people in the same queues as you. This will show you their status and what queue they are in.

- Selecting Address book will pull up the directory, clicking the cog will allow you to select which fields you want shown.

- Selecting Inbox will take you to the voice mail inboxes for the queues you are in. Here you can listen to voicemails that have been assigned to you for follow-up.

- If you have acces to any analytics you can select this option to see your analytics dashboards.

- Clicking Outbound engagement will bring up the option for you to make an outbound: Voice Call, Video Call, or New SMS.
