Overview
This article will help you with how to answer your personal voice mail in Zoom Phone.
How to:
1. Make sure that you are signed into the Zoom Workplace application. (for help on signing in, please follow the steps in this article)
2. Navigate to the Phone option in the left hand ribbon.
3. Select Voice Mail from the top ribbon.

4. Here you will see your voice mails listed, along with the date it was received.

5. When you hover over the voice mail you will see three options.

- Phone Icon - This will initiate a call back.
- Play Button - This will play the voice mail message.
- 3 Dots - This will open a small options menu like the following:

6. Clicking on the message will bring up some extra information as well as a transcription of the voice mail. This can be useful if you need to see quickly what the message was but cannot play it.

7. If you wish to delete the message, click on the 3 dots and select delete towards the bottom of the menu.
