Problem Resolution:
1. Dial your office phone number.
2. When your voicemail message begins, press *.
3. When prompted to "Enter your ID followed by pound.", enter your 4-digit extension and #.
4. When prompted to "Enter you PIN followed by pound.", enter your 4-digit PIN and #.
5. Proceed as usual to your Voicemail menu options.
