Overview
VPN client will not open.
How to:
The user’s VPN client software has become corrupted or files it needs in order to function have been deleted.
1) Uninstall the VPN client software.
a. In the Search Windows box in the taskbar type "Add or remove programs" and click the corresponding result that appears.

b. Highlight Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client (you may need to search for this application)

c. In the menu above, click Uninstall
d. Restart the computer
2) Reinstall the software. Refer to this KB for software installation.
If the client still does not open after re-install, submit a general help request ticket and include the steps you took to resolve the issue.
