Problem Description:
You get a call from the Nursing Department about a HESI exam that will not load or they may ask for IP ranges for the computer labs
Problem Resolution:
ON STUDENT PC
1. On all student PC's load open IE (Internet Explorer)
2. Click Gear shaped icon in upper right corner.
3. Navigate to Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites button
4. Uncheck Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone
5. In Add this website to the zone: type http://198.187.132.69 click Add button
6. In Add this website to the zone: type https://198.187.132.69 (note (s) added to http) click Add button
7. Click Close button
8. Click OK button
ON INSTRUCTOR PC
1. Create a test (must be done prior to the start of every exam)
2. Click IP Range and enter based on location:
Tenth Street: 10.2.103.1-10.2.103.254
Federal Hall: 10.20.73.1-10.20.73.254
All BUH labs: 10.2.89.1-10.2.89-254
