How to connect to Hotspot
Problem Resolution:
AT&T MiFI:
1. Press power button on the left of the device.
2. Swipe left to unlock the device.
3. Press Connection Details to view the Wi-Fi Network Name and
Wi-Fi password.
4. On laptop or device:
A. Locate the Wifi Network Name in your Wireless list.
B. Enter Wi-Fi Password to connect.
5. If not connecting, check the Settings tab to see if Cellular Data is turned on.
6. Hold power button on left and tap shut down to turn off.
AT&T Netgear HotSpot:
1. Press power button at the top of the device.
2. Tap the “Tap to Unlock” screen to unlock the device.
3. The home screen will display the Wi-Fi Name and Wi-Fi Password.
4. Connect with Network Name and Password on laptop or mobile device to access internet.
5. Hold down the power button at the top of the device and tap shut down to turn off.
