Conference Phone Model 7937 and Regular Phone:
1. Start a new phone call. You should hear a dial tone at this time.
2. Press the More softkey. On some phones you may need to select the More softkey a second time.
3. Press the Meet Me softkey.
4. Dial the extension to be used for this conference (Insert conference call #). The phone will display Conference. When participants join you will hear a beep. Please greet participants as they join.
Conference Phone Model 7936:
1. Start a new phone call. You should hear a dial tone at this time.
2. Press the Menu button on the top left of the phone.
3. Press the Select button the right hand side of the phone to select Call functions.
4. Press the Select button the right hand side of the phone to select Meet Me.
5. Dial the extension to be used for this conference (Insert conference call #). The phone will display Conference. When participants join you will hear a beep. Please greet participants as they join
