Student Planning - Unable to drop course - Missing drop button


Student cannot drop the course. The Drop button is not active.


How to:

Be sure you are not past the drop date.

Check the calendar in D2L for the drop date deadline.

If the date has past, you will need to fill out a Course Withdrawal form.

1) Open myPortal

2) Search Student Forms in the top search bar, and select it to find Course Withdrawal Form inside.

 If it is not past the drop date. Please submit a general request for help here
