Current students wanting to access their Unofficial and Official Transcripts.
How to: Active Student Instructions
1. Navigate to your myPortal account
2. Select the search bar and search "Transcripts"
3. This will pull up the myPortal Tools: "Transcripts - Unofficial" and "Transcripts - Official (Parchment)"
1. Select on the type of transcript you would like to request.
4. Unofficial Transcripts are free to view and download by clicking on "Undergraduate CC Credit - Web Transcript"
5. Official Transcripts are typically required when being mailed to other schools/universities, places of work, or certain certificate programs.
2. These also normally cost money to send to the institution.
6. Input the information Parchment requires so you can order your Official Transcripts in a timely manner.
3. Your Parchment account is separate from any other Columbia College account. First-time users will need to create an account before ordering transcripts.

How to: Alumni Instructions
Alumni cannot access their transcripts through myPortal, as they no longer have access to a myPortal account as a non-active student.
Alumni will need to contact the Office of the Registrar to access their transcripts.
