You have received an email saying you have an Electronic Awards Letter (eAward) to accept, but you receive the message that no information is available for that year.
Please allow up to 24 hours to ensure proper time to post and contact Financial Aid at 800-231-2391 ext 7252 if you still cannot access it.
Navigate to their eAward through myPortal.
Select the Financial Aid Self-Service shortcut on the left shortcuts section, or search for it in the top bar.
