Overview
In Disconnected Scanning, there are no Scanning Formats selected on the Format drop down menu.
How to:
1. Open Disconnected Scanning, click File.
2. Select Import Scanner Settings.
3. Browse to thec:\Hyland\scanner profiles
- Double click to open the Hyland folder
- Double click to open Scanner Profiles
4. Select the Scanner model (such as 2010scanformats.dsf, 2050scanformats.dsf, dr-c130scanformats.dsf, fuji.dsf)
5. Click Open
6. You will see an Operation Completed message.
7. Click OK
8.The formats will now appear as Format options
