Microsoft Outlook - Install Microsoft Outlook App on Mobile

Overview

User needs to add their Columbia College email address to the Outlook application.

How to:

To get started, make sure you have Outlook downloaded to your device.

1. Whether you use an iOS or Android device, download the app here.
2. Once installed, open the Outlook app and select Add Account.
3. Enter your Columbia College email address. (username@ccis.edu)

Additional information may be needed:

Server address: mymail.ccis.edu

Domain: ccis.edu

Use secure connection (SSL)

Accept all SSL Certificates, tap Next

The Activate device administrator window will appear, tap Activate.
