Step-by-Step Guide
Adding Your Account in myPortal
1 Navigate to myPortal
Open your web browser and navigate to the Columbia College portal login page.
●Go to myportal.ccis.edu.
●Click Log In.
2 Select or Add Your Account
If multiple accounts are stored in your browser, the "Pick an Account" prompt will appear.
●If listed: Select your myPortal username (username@ccis.edu).
●If not listed: Select Use Another Account and enter your full myPortal login (username@ccis.edu).
Step-by-Step Guide
Adding Your Account in Gmail (Cougar Mail)
1 Navigate to Gmail
Open your web browser and go to Google's sign-in page.
●Go to gmail.com.
2 Sign In to Cougar Mail
Choose the option that corresponds to your current sign-in state:
●If currently signed into a personal Google account: Click your profile picture / avatar in the top-right corner, then select your Cougar Mail address from the list or click Add Another Account.
●If not signed in: Enter your full Cougar Mail address (username@cougars.ccis.edu) and your password (identical to your myPortal password).
