Pearson - Unable to access MyLabs (incomplete source association)

Introduction

This article is meant to help students who cannot get access their homework through Pearson MyLabs due to the "incomplete source association" error

Instructions

1. Clear your web browser's cache, if you are unfamiliar please reference the following KB Article: 976 - Clear the browser cache and/or history

2. Navigate to the following link and sign in:  Pearson Log In (https://login.pearson.com/v1/piapi/piui/signin?client_id=dN4bOBG0sGO9c9HADrifwQeqma5vjREy&okurl=https:%2F%2Fportal.mypearson.com%2Fcourse-home&siteid=8313)

    - Note: Students set up a separate Pearson account with their cougarmail email (username@cougars.ccis.edu) which is also accessible within D2L.  To access within D2L click the envelope icon in the top right followed by the "Email" tab in the popup window.

3. Go into D2L and access the Pearson content via the link provided in your course. You should be able to sign in and access your coursework now. 

       - If you are still unable to sign in, please to reset your password. (Note: this change only applies to your Pearson account) at the following link (https://login.pearson.com/v1/piapi/piui/forgot-unpw?client_id=dN4bOBG0sGO9c9HADrifwQeqma5vjREy&okurl=https%3A%2F%2Fportal.mypearson.com%2Fcourse-home&siteid=8313)  Then repeat steps 1-3.
