This article goes over the process of how to pull up your list of previous and current tickets with Technology Solutions.

How to:

  1. Navigate to help.ccis.eduUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  2. Select log in and log in with your myPortal credentials
     
  3. Select the Services tab and then the Ticket Requests tabUploaded Image (Thumbnail)
     
  4. This page is were you can search by date of a ticket, ticket number, ticket status or type of service
