Overview

Needing to check your voice mail messages but you have a physical Cisco phone. Here are the steps on how to check those messages. 

 

How to:

1) To check your messages on a physical Cisco phone you will first need to hit the voice mail button on the device

2) Once you click on the voice mail button you will be prompted with a message to put in your pin followed by the # key. If you are access this for the first time the default pin is 159357 (It forms an X on the phone key pad) This will then prompt you to create a 4 digit pin for future use. (NOTE: If you do not know your pin, you will need to submit a ticket to have it reset)

3) After you put in your pin follow the prompts to retrieve your messages. From here you can replay, save, delete and even respond to messages. Simply follow the prompts and press the corresponding key.
