This article details steps to resolve users being unable to view documents, reverse lookup, or other pop-up screens in the OnBase Unity client.

Problem Description:
A user is unable to view the Reverse Lookup screen, documents in the Document Viewer window, or other Pop-up screens in the Unity Client.
Problem Resolution:
If there are any error messages, submit a ticket to the Help Desk.
If there aren't any error messages:
- Hover over the Unity icon in the Windows toolbar until the preview window appears
- If there isn't a preview window for the content that you're unable to see, submit a ticket to the Help Desk. Otherwise, continue following the subsequent steps.
- Right-click on the preview screen for the document/form
- Select Maximize. This will force the window
- Move the window and then re-size as desired
- This step helps Windows remember where the window should open by default. Not doing so may make you repeat steps 1-3 each time you open a document/form
