myPortal - Housing Portal

The Housing Portal tool in your myPortal dashboard will allow you to complete any necessary housing forms or contracts, sign up for meal plans, go through roommate & room selection, and submit maintenance requests for your door room.

The Housing Portal tool in your myPortal dashboard will allow you to complete any necessary housing forms or contracts, sign up for meal plans, go through roommate & room selection, and submit maintenance requests for your door room.

How to:

To navigate to your Housing Portal follow these instructions

1. Sign into your myPortal account
    
2. Using the search bar, type in "Housing Portal" and select the tool
3. The Housing Portal dashboard will display your name, email, and College ID Number in the top banner
    
4. On the left hand side you will be able to select the page you need
   1. Forms & Contracts
   2. Personal Information
   3. Roommate & Room Selection
   4. Meal Plan
   5. RCR/Damages
      
       
5. Under the Forms & Contracts page you can see what forms you need to submit, or what time you did successfully submit a form (ex of the Off-Campus Appeal below)
    
6. To fill out a Maintenance Request/Work Order for your dorm room
   1. Select RCR/Damages
   2. Select Add Work Order
   3. Fill out the Work Order form and submit
   4. You can check on the status of your Work Order tickets from this page as well
