Overview
Sometimes when troubleshooting issues with Office 365 installation and licenses, it's beneficial to check the status of the license for the user experiencing the issues.
How to:
1. Go to office.com and then click on "Apps" in the left pane and then "Install apps" in the top left corner.
2. A window will appear after clicking "Install apps", from this window click on "Microsoft 365 apps" and this will take you to the account page.
3. From the left side click on "My account" and then on the "My account page" click on "View subscriptions"
4. The next page will show you which Licenses are available to the user. This example shows both licenses for students and faculty, typically this is for full time employees. If the user is a student or faculty, they'll have one or the other. This also details what services are available under this license which is useful for referencing what applications a user should have access to.
