Microsoft Outlook - Locating Archived Emails

Summary

Customer needs to be able to access the Outlook Archive.

Note: The Columbia College Outlook Archive only stores emails for up to 6 years

How to Find Archived E-mails:

1. Open Outlook
2. Look for the Archive folder in the left-hand panel
3. Click on it to view all archived emails. 
4. If needed, use the Search bar at the top to locate specific messages

Shared in boxes will also have this feature, instead of clicking on your Online Archive, click on the specific shared in boxes Archive.
