Overview
User receives an error or has difficulty sharing a calendar in Outlook.
How to:
When former employees are located in a calendar permissions list, this can sometimes cause problems when trying to share the particular calendar.
1) Open Outlook
2) Navigate to Calendars

3) Right-click on the calendar you want to share
4) Select on Properties

5) Select Permissions

6) Select the name you need to remove from the calendar

7) Select Remove
8) Select Ok
To attempt sharing the calendar again
3) Right-click on the calendar you want to share
4) Select Share

5) Select how you'd like to share the calendar (EX: email)
