Microsoft Outlook - Unable to Share Calendar

Summary

User receives an error or has difficulty sharing a calendar in Outlook.

 

How to (New Outlook):

When former employees are located in a calendar permissions list, this can sometimes cause problems when trying to share the particular calendar.

1) Open Outlook

2) Navigate to Calendars

3) Right-click on the calendar you want to share

4) Select on Sharing & Permissions

5) Select the name you need to remove from the calendar

7) Select the Trash Bin

8) User will be Removed 

 

To attempt sharing the calendar again

3) Right-click on the calendar you want to share

4) Select Sharing & Permissions

5) Select how you'd like to share the calendar (EX: email)
