Overview

This article will give an overview of how to submit requests to Technology Solutions at Columbia College.

Access

Navigate to the Service Site at help.ccis.edu

Select the Service you need:

  • Password Account Access
  • WiFi & Network Connectivity
  • Select "Submit Request" in the top right it'll submit a General Request.

Service Detail

When submitting a request you will want to be as detailed as possible.

For example-
If you are experiencing a class issue: What is the class title? Who is the instructor? What assignments did the issue occur on? Do you have any screen shots of errors or of the problems?
If you are experiencing a log in issue: What is the error? Did you try and reset your password? Did you use the right username formatting (username@ccis.edu)? Do you have screen shots of the error or problem?
