1098T statements are in TouchNet. Students can access the document from myPortal by following these steps: 
Login to https://myportal.ccis.edu/ and login as username@ccis.edu
From myPortal, you should see the Make a Payment link in your shortcuts, or in Tools. Click this link. 
The link should take you directly to the Make a Payment page without additional login. 
From the top navigation bar, click My Account, then Statement.
