This article details how to use file explorer on your Windows device to map a network drive.  This method will work if it is the first time you're mapping a network drive on this device, or if the drive had been un-mapped and needs to be re-mapped to the device.

When you save files to your computer, they are automatically saved to the device’s hard drive. The main issue with this is that if a problem occurs with that hard drive, it might prevent Technology Services from being able to retrieve your files.
