Non-Columbia College persons request technology for an upcoming Main Campus event/meeting.

This form is for outside parties that have already reserved an event at Columbia College's home campus. If you have not already reserved an event space, please email Plant and Facilities Operations to start the process.

Please note: All Event Requests should be submitted at least two weeks before the event start date/time.
Should an Event Request be submitted after this deadline, Technology Services cannot guarantee that all requested technologies/services will be provided.
If you have an event which will take place in more than one location, please submit an Event Request for each location.
The full details of a ticket, including any appropriate circumstances or supplementary information that may aid in resolving it.
