●You must be signed into the Zoom Workplace application. If you need help signing in, refer to this sign-in guide.
●Verify that the phone number displayed under the dialer in the Phone tab is correct before expecting calls.
Step-by-Step Guide
Instructions
1 Navigate to the Phone Tab
Once signed into Zoom Workplace, locate the Phone tab to access your dialer and verify your assigned number.
●Select the Phone icon from the left-hand navigation ribbon in the Zoom Workplace app.
●Confirm that the phone number shown beneath the dialer matches your assigned Columbia College number.
2 Respond to an Incoming Call
Whenever a call comes in for you, an incoming call notification will appear on your screen.
●To accept the call: Click Accept to connect with the caller.
●To reject the call: Click Decline to send the call directly to your personal voicemail.
💡 Good to Know
Clicking Decline will not disconnect an active call — it will only redirect the incoming call to your personal voicemail. You will not be notified of missed calls unless you check your voicemail or call history in the Phone tab.
