Summary:
Employees need to create a PIN before they can use a desktop phone or call in to check and manage their voice mail messages.
If you want to check your voicemail from a different phone, you must first turn on the “Allow callers to check voicemail” option in your Zoom Phone settings.
To view your current PIN or reset it, follow these instructions:
Zoom App:
- Go to your profile icon (or gear) in the upper right corner, and select Settings
- Select Phone from the left-hand side
- On the right-hand side of the window select my account online.
- Sign in with your myPortal username and password.
- Select Phone from the left-hand side
- Scroll down to PIN Code and select Show or Edit
- From there you can view your current pin or reset it
Zoom Portal:
- Go the the Zoom portal https://zoom.us/profile
- Sign in with your myPortal username and password.
- Select Phone from the left-hand side
- Scroll down to PIN Code and select Show or Edit
- From there you can view your current pin or reset it
NOTE: in order to call into your voicemail box from a different phone, you must first select "Allow callers to check voicemail" in your phone settings which can be found if you scroll up to the call handling section under settings.
