Overview
If you've found you self having a similar issue and was wondering how was the issue resolved last time, or you waned to keep track of a tech ticket's process and don't remember the ticket number. Well this KB is made just for that. This is how you can pull up all your ticket history.
How to:
At the help.ccis.edu client portal, please log in, unless your already logged in. Your name will displayed at the top right of the screen. As the example show below.

Select the tab that says "Services" and this will open up the next page.
Select ticket request under the "Services" tab this will open the final page and shown in the second example below.

This page is were you can search the date of a ticket, ticket number, ticket status or type of service.
