Overview
This article will walk you through the process up installing the Microsoft Office 365 applications from the Software Center.
How to:
1) On your Columbia College device you will search for Software Center in the search of your Task Bar. ( You must be to the campus network, or be on VPN for this to function)

2) On the Applications tab in the Software Center you will want to click and run Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise

Click Install

3) The install time can vary depending on your connection speed. It should not take more than 30 minutes though. When the install is complete you will see the following:

4) The first time that you open any of the Office applications you will need to sign in using your @ccis.edu email.
5) When opening Outlook you will see 2 options. Outlook and Outlook Classic

Outlook Classic gives a more traditional feel and function to Outlook 2019. The other Outlook is the new and improved Outlook that more closely resembles the Web Version of Outlook.
If you open the regular Outlook and would like to go back to Outlook Classic simply click on the toggle in the upper right corner

If you have any specific plugins that do not work in the New Outlook, try and use Outlook Classic.
