Customer requests to upload a form to myPortal Forms
How to:
1. In myPortal, search "Forms" in the top search bar. You should see the category of forms which are available to you ('Student Forms" if you are a student, "Applicant Forms" if you are an applicant, etc.)
2. Select the category.
3. Inside the category, a list of the available forms will appear as click able links that will redirect you to the necessary site.
NOTE: If you do not have access to upload the form, submit a general help request for your access to be checked.
