Overview
Navigating current students how to find the list of applicant and student forms within their myPortal account.
Common forms student/applicants need such as Name Change, Change of Degree Requests, Parking Permit, Study Abroad Application, etc.. are all located within these form lists.
How to:
1. Navigate to your myPortal account
2. Select the search bar and search for "Forms"
3. The Tools for Student Forms and Applicant Forms will appear
4. Select the appropriate category and navigate through the list to find the form you need
5. Select the form type you are needing to fill out
6. If the form you select requires sign in, you will fill it out with your student username and password. (Only the username portion, ex: jmdoe123)
If you are inputting the proper username and password format but are receiving an error still, we recommend you change your password.
