Getting "no email address" when trying to subscribe to alerts on


How to fix:

There is a scheduled task that runs around noon each day to find users in SharePoint who don't have a email listed and to sync that information down from Active Directory. If you are experiencing this error once you have logged into SharePoint the first time, wait until afternoon and try again. If it is still not working, your info may have changed in Active Directory and may need to be updated by the overnight process. Check after noon on the following day and if the issue is still occurring, submit a ticket at
