Columbia College provides self-service identity management tools allowing students, faculty, and staff to claim new accounts, manage login credentials, and securely reset passwords.

Use the direct links below to access the myAccount self-service management tools:

Identity Claim (Activate Account)

Activate and claim your new Columbia College account using your authorization code.

Reset Password

Reset your password using your security questions or identity verification kiosk.

SMS Password Reset

Receive a one-time verification passcode via SMS to reset your account password.

Forgot User ID

Retrieve your Columbia College username and User ID information.
