You have access to CougarMail but would like to forward CougarMail to another email address.
Problem Resolution
After logging into CougarMail,
1. Click the settings icon (the gear) in the top right hand corner of the screen below the email account name. The Settings dialog box will open.
2. Click the Forwarding and POP tab.
3. In the Forwarding section, select Add a forwarding address and enter the email address where you would like messages to be sent.
4. Click Next, then verify the email address.
Note: A code will be sent to the email that you are forwarding CougarMail to. You will need to check your email for the code and enter it in the Forwarding and POP tab of your CougarMail inbox. You will also need to click the link within the email to confirm the forwarding address.
