Overview
User needs to download an email as a file in CougarMail.
How to:
You can download emails directly to your computer by following these steps
1. Go to your Cougar Mail
2. Open the email you want to download
3. Select 
(the 3 dots) in the top right corner of the email
4. Select Download message.
Note: To open the EML file that downloads, you need a desktop mail client.
