myPortal - MS Outlook Widget

Overview

Customer wants to connect to Outlook but is not on a CC machine or they are on a CC machine that is now their own.

 

How to:

They can access their email with Webmail. There are two ways to get there.

1. Login to myPortal. In the "MS Outlook & Files" Widget, select "See All Emails"

2. In an internet browser in the address bar, type outlook.office.com.

     a. User may have to log in again on this page.
