Overview
Customer wants to connect to Outlook but is not on a CC machine or they are on a CC machine that is now their own.
How to:
The first way to access Microsoft Outlook on the web is through your myPortal account:
1. Log in to your myPortal dashboard
2. Locate the MS Outlook & Files Widget
3. Select See All Emails
Or to access Microsoft Outlook or any other Microsoft 365 application online on the web:
1. Open browser of your choice
2. Navigate to office.com
3. Log in to your Columbia College Microsoft account (Your myPortal credentials)
4. Access any of the Microsoft 365 applications included in the Columbia College student licensing by selecting Apps and opening the application you want
