Overview
Customer is having an issue retrieving or locating the data table file for Mail Merge in MS Word
How to:
Warning: Save any open files and close all applications. This process will prompt you to restart your computer.
1. Navigate to the Control Panel
Win 10: In the Search Windows box in the task bar, type "Control Panel". Click Control Panel in the Best Match list.
2. Click Programs and Features.
3. Select Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.
Win 10: Check the box next to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.
4. In the ribbon at the top, click Change.
5. In the Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016 dialog box select Repair, then click Continue.
6. After the repair is complete, you will be prompted to restart the computer.
